Rachel Elizabeth Updates & Real Bride: Staci

Update on Where We've Been:

We’ve been away preparing for market and while our team is small these blogs have taken a back seat. For those of you that are not sure what market is, it’s is an event that happens twice a year in many different locations put on by many different companies. Think of it as a pop up shopping event for store owners and designers to meet and sell/buy their newest designs.

This year we will be attending the Harrogate Bridal Week show in England this September. After finishing the collection and getting collection photos taken. We have had to update and create our printed items like look books, line sheets, new tags, etc. We’ve also had to make runway gowns and have designed our booth. Which for those of you that will be there we are Booth M7 and we hope to see you. We will also have four gowns walking in the Bridal Preview Runway Show.

We are very excited to attend and will be keeping you updated as we get closer, so make sure to watch our social media for updates and behind the scenes.

Now onto our blog for today, a look back on one of my favorite brides, Staci!

Staci:

Within minutes of meeting this bride, I knew she was going to make a lasting impression on my heart. Not only is she the sweetest person, but she had a truly heart-warming story of love, strength and support through what would be a very difficult time in any woman’s life. I don’t feel like it is right to share the full story of what this bride had to battle through but I will say it takes a very remarkable woman to come out the other side with such grace and strength. I believe this is because of her inner courage but also her lovely family and very supportive husband, then fiancé. From the stories I heard, they truly have a love story deserving of a fairytale.

Helping design her dress was truly a fantastic experience, as we also designed a matching one for her daughter! With matching keyholes on the back bodice and identical lace elements, these two were the perfect pair, only to be made better by the groom. The gown was spectacular in its simplicity and the overall contour of the fit.
