At Rachel Elizabeth Bridal, your privacy is important to us. We will never share or sell your personal information—including email addresses, payment details, and phone numbers.
We may use your email or phone number to contact you regarding your order. If you choose to opt in, you may also receive promotional updates from us. All personal information is stored securely within a protected network.
Rachel Elizabeth Bridal will not release any client information unless:
- We are presented with a valid legal warrant, or
- The client provides written and signed authorization.
In the event of a client’s passing, we will only share personal information with the next of kin upon receiving legal proof of death.
Returns & Cancellations
Non-Customized Items
Rachel Elizabeth Bridal accepts returns on non-customized items under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn and undamaged to be eligible for a full refund.
If the item is returned with signs of damage or wear, a partial refund may be issued, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Customized Items
All customized items—including gowns, veils, or any other made-to-order products—are final sale once paid in full. We do not accept returns for customized items after they have been shipped.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted prior to the shippment of the item. In the event of a cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
If additions are made to the order after the initial purchase, an additional payment will be required. Should a cancellation occur after construction has begun, all work will cease immediately, and the partially completed item will become the property of Rachel Elizabeth Bridal.
Shipping & Construction Time
Veils and Belts
We keep a limited stock of pre-made veils and belts. If your item is in stock, it will ship within 2 business days. If not, it will be made to order and shipped within 10 business days. We always strive to ship as quickly as possible.
Wedding Gowns & Removable Skirts
These items are made to order. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will contact you to confirm your “need by” date and provide our current lead time. Our standard lead time is 12–22 weeks. If you require your item sooner than 12 weeks, please contact us before placing your order.
Note: Removable skirts may have shorter lead times. All gowns and skirts are produced in the order they are purchased.
Import Duties
Rachel Elizabeth Bridal is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance. Please take this into account when placing your order. If available during checkout, you may have the option to prepay duties to help expedite customs processing.
Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require:
- Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product
- A written description of the damage
This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once we receive the damaged item, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon request.
Please note: Rachel Elizabeth Bridal is not responsible for damage that occurs after the item has been received. Such items are not eligible for return or replacement.
Customizations
Rachel Elizabeth Bridal offers customizations on gowns that have either been recently purchased and not yet entered production, or are about to be purchased.
To request a customization, please contact our design team via the “Contact Us” page. We recommend reaching out before or immediately after purchase to receive a quote.
If your gown is already in production at the time of your customization request, additional fees may apply, which could be significant depending on the stage of construction.
All customizations incur additional charges, regardless of complexity. For this reason, we strongly encourage clients to submit customization requests as early as possible in the process.
Examples of common customizations include:
- Changing the length of the train
- Raising or lowering the neckline
- Shortening or lengthening sleeves
- Adding a slit
- Adding buttons
- Adding pockets (available for A-line and ballgowns only)
Note: Choosing your bustle style is not considered a customization. Our design team will reach out to you during the process to help you select the most suitable bustle option.
